I am about 150 pounds and trying to lose weight. i made a bet that i could get at least a 2 pack before june 8. i have been running throughout my neighborhood, doing ab workouts, and on my neighbors trampoline and playing football too. how much can i lose before june 8?

• June 8 is about 2 months from now. Realistically, you can lose up to 1-2 pounds per week safely, so you could probably lose up to 15 pounds in 8 weeks. im 15 and i sometimes babysit my 8 year old neighbor ( turning 9 soon )
i just feel her parents are really strict.
lets start off with disapline ( i dont care how you spell it i hate that word ;P )

saturday=9:00-12;00=polish school 2:00-4:00=spanish class 5:00-6:00-phys ed 7:00 to 8:15- modeling
sunday=1:00-2:00= church 3:00-5:00 divine mery club 5:30-7:15 piano lessons ( its her only time in the week for lessons+practice..if she gets something wrong the lady hits her hands the a crane or something like that?)

If you really think it’s a problem, talk to your parents… They can help you in trying to get her parents attention and of necessary alert authority about the abuse.

I don’t know if I want to continue playing football in college or if there’s a way I can, but for a back up plan Is there a way I can get scouted by the LFL? I just wanted to know, I mean I’ve watched the women on t.v. and I ‘m like these b-tches have nothing on me! I bet none of them actually played football the way I’m playing it. I am currently practicing with my high school varsity football team and getting prepared for the upcoming season, I’m playing with guys, ALL guys! Hey. So let me start by saying im a very mature, 13 year old gay guy. I really like this guy at my school. Hes in my grade and also 13. We have 3 classes together. One time, me him and a few others went down to the library during study hall and hung out with the awesome librarian. He was playing draw something on his iphone. He went to go do something, and gave me his phone and said "Here you can play" and kinda smiled. Now let me say, he is the "jock" kinda guy.
